Buyer Added Bid Specific Terms and Conditions

1. Generic
OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered
up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves
the right to increase the ordered quantity by up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the
currency of the contract at the contracted rates. Bidders are bound to accept the orders accordingly.

2. Generic
Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid for Vendor Code Creation:

a. Copy of PAN Card.

b. Copy of GSTIN.

c. Copy of Cancelled Cheque.

d. Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank.

3. Scope of Supply
Scope of supply (Bid price to include all cost components) : Only supply of Goods

4. Certificates
Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought
in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CLAUSES OF NIT

"32 Amp, 415V AC, TPN Switch Fuse Unit, non-weatherproof type complete with

three nos. 32 amp moulded type fuse base and carrier fitted with three nos. 32

amp HRC fuselinks and one neutral link.

All contacts shall be made from hard electrolytic grade copper. Conduit entry: 19/20 mm at top and
bottom with rubber grommet ring or knockouts. Enclosure and cover should be made from rust free
MS sheet and powder coated in White/DA Grey colour. Enclosure cover shall have neoprene rubber
gasket. Metallic operating handle shall be provided in the side of the unit. Door shall be interlocked
to prevent opening when the switch is in on position. Two nos. external earth points shall be
provided in the unit. Switch Fuse Unit shall be suitable for mounting on wall and shall confirm to IS:
13947 (Part-3) with latest amendments.
