Sub: - Inspection report of DDE (Res.) Railway Board regarding visit of PLW/Patiala on
22.12.2023.

The inspection report of PLW by DDE (Res) Railway Board is placed at S.No. 186 to 187 in which
para 3(i) is regarding displeasure of Location of office of SC/ST Association in Col-II . In this
regard a meeting with undersign was held with Zonal Secretary SC/ST Association on dated
09.01.2024.Upon which an inspection of AEN/Colony was carried out on dated 10.01.2024
which is placed at S.No.191. The grievances regarding office Location was found genuine. Hence
it is recommended to shift their office to new location i.e. Qtr (SRH-2) near Staff Rest House in
colony-2 as shown in green ink in sketch placed at S.No. 190.
