Objective:

The object of the unit project is to provide a written assessment task for students to
complete.

Instructions:

Describe the best methods of work practices and display your knowledge of the subject
by answering the following questions. Provide your own opinions about what works

1. You are required to manage one operational plan in a business of your choice. The
object of this assignment is to collect the evidence to show that you have competently
managed that operational plan in a manner that meets the performance evidence for
this unit.

● Describe the business

● Develop and implement an operational plan – provide a written operational plan
document.
● Describe the consultation process in the development and implementation of the
operational plan.
● Describe the context of the implementation of this plan, what the plan is aiming to
achieve and what would be considered a measurable success of the plan.
● Describe the resources required to implement and manage the operational plan,
including human resources.
● Include a contingency plan for one major risk to the successful implementation of
the operational plan.
● Describe the outcome of the operational plan, give a debrief of the operational
plan.
