The researchers would like to humbly ask for your participation in their
research study entitled “ Relationship of Financial Literacy to the Spending Habits
of Selected Grade 12 ABM students in Philippine Christian University -
Dasmarinas Campus”.

We, as research proponents, are also students at Philippine Christian


University - Dasmariñas Campus, and currently making our research paper. In line
with this, the primary purpose of this study is to identify the relationship of financial
literacy to the spending habits of students. Thus, to achieve these objectives, this
questionnaire has been carefully and objectively made by the researchers to gather
data necessary for the aforementioned study.

As respondents, you have been chosen by the researchers as one to represent


the population in this correlational study. The basis for your selection was: (1) being a
Grade 12 ABM student; and (2) having awareness and knowledge of this study’s
fundamentals and methodology.

Hence, since your participation in this study would be completely voluntary,


you may decline to participate beforehand. Furthermore, your responses will remain
confidential and anonymous, especially with the demographic profiles inquired about
in the study. No one other than the researchers will know your answers to this
questionnaire. For the study’s fulfillment, agreeing to participate in this survey
requires honesty and utmost comprehension of the research questions.
