This public notice issued by Ms. Sheetal Paradkar Chakravarty alias Sheetal
Parimi resident of Pashan, Pune through Adv. Abhijit Avinash kadam, r/at: 12,
Shivaji Housig Society, Senapati Bapat rd, Pune. On behalf of information and
document given by our client this is to inform the general public,

Our client had executed General Power of Attorney dated 12/07/2005 at

Embassy of India, Abu Dhabi with Ms. Renu Paradkar, r/at: Flat No.80, A
Wing, 8th floor, Tiara Building, Pashan, Pune as attorney in fact whose
registration no. is 11116/2005. But in the recent findings our client found that
the said attorney is misusing the said power of attorney for her personal gain
and causing wrongful loss to our client. Also the attorney has been acting
adverse to the interest of our client. So to stop such misuse and any
harmful/illegal practice in the future regarding Ms. Sheetal Parimi aka Sheetal
Paradkar Chakravarty, our client is revoking all the powers granted to Ms. Renu
Paradkar through power of attorney dated 12/07/2005 from this day. Still it is
requested to general public to consider and adapt the said power of attorney as
invalid.
