Hearts and Action: Meaningful Service and Correction

The primary goal of this project is to increase community engagement and foster meaningful connections
through targeted outreach campaigns. We intend to build relationships, raise awareness, and promote
cooperation for our mutual benefit by connecting with our adoptive family.
Our outreach initiatives aim to strengthen the bonds that unite adopted families and provide them with the
resources they need for a happy and productive journey, acknowledging the unique challenges and benefits
of adoptive parenting.
The objective to this narrative report is to know how we can easily implement and make our project
continuously be use for sustainable time.We plan to have series of project first is we have discussed about
home management To achieve cleanliness of the entire house, and reorganize household belongings
properly second we want to have mild renovation in Tatay’s rudy house To fix some necessary part of the
house.
We discussed several alternatives to help tatay and his son, even if we have million of money we
really cant buy what is really a need like a family I realized that mostly of us a really lucky to have stable
and okay life we tend to say meanf things sometimes because we are tired but we don’t tnink we are lucky
to live well,
