**SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT**

appropriate qualifications, and maintain a clean driving record.

7. **Vehicle Maintenance:** The Transporter commits to maintaining vehicles in good working

condition, adhering to safety standards.

**GENERAL TERMS:**

8. **Pricing:** The pricing for transportation services shall be outlined in Schedule B.

9. **Payment:** Payment terms and methods shall be specified in Schedule B.

10. **Insurance:** The Transporter agrees to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the
vehicle.

11. **Governing Law and Jurisdiction:** This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or in
connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
Pretoria, South Africa. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive
any objection based on inconvenient forum.

12. **Term and Termination:** This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date]
