Dear VOX Publication,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to express my sincerest apologies
for my absence during the recent general assembly for graduation. As much as I had hoped to be present
for this significant event, I found myself unable to attend due to circumstances beyond my control. During
the time of the general assembly, I was fulfilling my internship duties at the Davao Regional Medical
Center. Unfortunately, my internship schedule was not aligned with the timing of the graduation event,
leaving me unable to participate.

Regrettably, the timing of the general assembly meeting coincided with my internship duties, I was unable
to find a feasible solution that would allow me to attend the event. I understand the importance of the
general assembly meeting as a milestone in our academic journey, and I sincerely regret not being able to
participate. Please know that my absence was not a reflection of my lack of interest or appreciation for this
significant occasion.

I am grateful for the understanding and support of the faculty and administration as I navigate the demands
of both my academic and professional responsibilities. I assure you that I am fully committed to fulfilling
all requirements for graduation and contributing positively to our academic community. Once again, I
apologize for any inconvenience my absence may have caused, and I appreciate your understanding in this
matter.
