RFQ Terms and Conditions

SWCC is a government organization, engaged in operating and maintaining power and desalination plants throughout the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia. Please quote your best prices and delivery period, within 30 days, for the enclosed copy of the above referred RFQ
:with due consideration to the following terms

• Please submit your quote in our RFQ format, changes, if any, may be indicated on the same format. If you are quoting for different
,specifications, it must be supported with proper documents. If only part number etc. is changed and the item is still interchangeable
.please indicate as fully-interchangeable

• .Your quotation should be valid for a minimum period of 90 days

• Delay Penalty: Penalty for delayed deliveries will be charged at 1% of the total order value for I week delay, 2% for II-week
delay, 3% for III week delay, 4% for IV week delay, 5% for V week delay and 6% for VI week delay. Thereafter, SWCC would be
.free to act as per governing rules of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

charges in your quote. Material will be collected by our
forwarder from your works and FCR (Forwarder Certificate of
