management, accounting policies and procedures, budgeting and cash flow management. In my
role as the Head of Finance, I have successfully managed a US$150 million revenue budget,
overseen a statement of financial position worth US$180 million, and expertly managed treasury
facilities valued at US$160 million. My responsibilities included coordinating internal and external
audits, ensuring compliance with IFRS, and presenting critical insights to the Board of Directors.

My experience as a Financial Controller and Group Accountant has further strengthened my

financial acumen. I take pride in my proficiency in budgeting and financial modelling, aligning
financial plans with strategic objectives. Through comprehensive budgeting processes and
continuous monitoring of financial performance, I have consistently contributed to the financial
health and success of the organisations I worded for.

I am adept at collaborating effectively with stakeholders, preparing IFRS-compliant financial

statements, and applying International Financial Reporting standards to complex accounting
situations. Leading teams in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines, I have developed
accounting procedures and policies to safeguard company assets.

My academic background, including a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Accounting, a

Bachelor Degree in Business Studies (Finance & Banking), and memberships in the Association
of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), positions me
as a highly qualified candidate.
