UPCOMING
EVENTS Dear Parents and Guardians,

I hope this newsletter finds you well. It has been yet another eventful week at our
29th of July 2023 school, as we wrap up the term and prepare for the upcoming holidays.

Interhouse Firstly, I want to commend all our students on their hard work and dedication as
we completed our end-of-term closing procedures. The effort they put into their
Competitions studies is truly commendable.

In the realm of competitions, we had a fun Interhouse Spelling Bee this week,
and our students performed exceptionally well. It was amazing to see their
31st of July 2023
knowledge and skills on display. Congratulations to all the participants!

Consultation Day In terms of match fixtures, our teams had a packed schedule. We had the U13
Senior Girls Hockey Festival, where our players showcased their skills. We also
had a Colts Rugby and Fillies Hockey Festival, and I am proud to announce that
our teams gave their best and achieved great results. All results are in the Sports
1st of August 2023 Desk Results Section.

Interhouse Chess Looking ahead, we are eagerly anticipating the upcoming NIAA Highlights
Festival Concert, where our students will have the opportunity to showcase their talents to
us all. Please may you come and show support to your children. This will be a
day not to miss!

2nd of August 2023 Tomorrow, we have our highly anticipated Interhouse Ball Games event. It
promises to be an exciting family event, and we encourage all parents and
NIAA Concert guardians to join us in supporting our children. I am looking forward to a day filled
with fun and healthy competition.

Week of Spiritual Emphasis starts next week from the 31st of July to the 3rd of
rd
3 of August 2023 August. Our focus will be on nurturing the spirituality of our students. We believe
in developing their holistic well-being, and this week will provide them with an
opportunity to reflect and grow spiritually.
School Closing
Lastly, I would like to remind newcomer parents that we have a consultation
scheduled for next week. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and get
familiar with our school community. See you there!

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend filled with relaxation and rejuvenation. May
you have quality time with your loved ones and return refreshed for the week
ahead.

Yours sincerely,

Ms T. Mushore
Deputy Headmistress
