Problem Introduction
Living in a residential area, it is so
prevalent to see a variety of people in
different social status. But what stands
out the most is the existence of poverty
in the community.

This observation prompts a critical

question: What is the root cause of this
poverty? How can it be that in a
community seemingly abundant in
manpower, we still struggle with labor
shortages?
THE PROBLEM

The issue is not that "many are unqualified to

labor," but rather, the challenge lies in
determining where to labor.

Many are unemployed because they don’t know

where to be employed. They don’t know where
their skills fit best. Some can’t even determine
what they do best.

We are addressing not the privileged individuals,

but rather the members of the community who
struggle to meet their basic needs.
