injera and bread delivery enterprise's business will be
started as cooperation . The enterprise export traditional
and qualified bread and injera for our precious customers.
Our injera and bread will be accessible for sale at
wholesalers and at some special supper markets as well as
foreign countrys' markets mainly in Spain and Netherlands.
The price that we set will please the customers so that
customers will be being happy and having potential to pay
surely .injera and traditional bread or difo dabo exporting
company will provide its product at market price by
identifying and classifying our injera products by its type of
teff which used as input for our product.
The critical work in this business is to get the expected
profit for us and to satisfy the customers' need,to create job
opportunity, providing complementary and with injera and
plans to expand the business in different area and also to
expand the initial business in size.
In the beginning year the business forecast some profit. In
the second year and third year we expect that there will be
increment of profit due to further increases in the number of
customers and get acceptance.

The overall and general objectives of the business are


mainly to achieve and exceed sales forecasts to enable the
business to be operating at capacity, so that the business
extended the production of injera that enables the business
to meet the customers want.

legal form also our goals for adding sale.
The major objectives of the business plan for Tibriyados
injera and bread export are listed below

To introduce our delicious cultural food or injera to the
world
High-quality products with a reasonable price.
The creation of a good image about Ethiopia in the eyes
of our neighbors and foreign countries and that will
bring peoples with different interests and backgrounds
together for socialization and cooperation.

any kind of pollution that disturbs the society

This enterprise will start with initial capital of 1,395,500 ETB.


The enterprise focus on satisfying our consumers needs.
Customers will be increasing year to year and due to
accessiblity our advertisements , we serve the qualified
traditional bread and injera attractively and with reasonable
price.

we have explained and discussed how much capital we
have set so as to start and run this business and the table
which we put above include fixed costs and variable
costs,furthermore ,the table below calculated our daily,
monthly, and annual cost and revenue after beginning our
sale in the first day opening of Tibryados.
Tibryados want to ask financial aid for its fixed cost and
variable cost from Ethiopian indigenous banks and different
foreign commercial banks that will be payed soon from 3 to 6
years . What we want to get from these banks is monetary
fund to start our business by full power.As we calculate our
cost=1,396,500
The amount of money that we have =800,000
Amount of money that we want to borrow from
banks=596,500

For rent of production house 45,000 Note that :We expect

3.2,Revenue
In the morning one worker will make 35 injera and again in
the afternoon she is expected to make 35 injera. So we will
prepare 70 injera daily from only one injera maker. We will
hire 20 injera makers. So daily we will get 1400 injera. We are
going to deliver 800 injeras for domestic customers and hotels
by price of 25 birr ,We will get 40,000 birr.
It infers that we will export the rest 600 injeras for our
foreigner wholesalers who order us daily by price of 1 dollar
per one injera.we get 43,600 birr or 800 dollars. We will get
83,600 birr. It means we get 2,508,000

Bread: Both in the morning and in the afternoon 20 bread


makers can prepare 20 traditional breads. It infer that we will
have 20 traditional breads (difo dabo) at the end of the day.
We provide this traditional breads for only local shops and
hotels by price of 400. We will obtain daily and 240,000
monthly.

For matrimony birthday anniversary and other ceremonies we


prepare cake, mead and injera with sause by order. So we
can't be sure about this.As it's variable.
2,508,000 from injera + 240,000 from bread is 2,748,000(total
revenue)

Tibryados company provides a lots of service for
customer like
Injera and bread exporting, making injera for matrimony,
making bread for birthday and anniversary, providing and
distributing bread to shops which are in villages of Gonder,
Exporting breads and number of injeras for foreign countries.
For special customers:we have prepared mead and ale with
our injera and bread products

We have also done research about the company's
profitability and hiw many competitors we do have.
Here we have discovered that there is five

Among this competitor Tibryados is the most special in
terms of both quality and quantity of service. And it's the
only company which supply both injera and bread
4.3Product/Service Sourcing
Tibryados will negotiate with the supplier agreements
with several local injera delivery service whole sellers.
This company has good and regular relationship with
the suppliers of the row materials such as
teff,flour,honey, any more as planned.
In the event that one of the aforementioned specialty
suppliers cannot meet their needs, the national
suppliers can provide all of the food-service products
that they require.
4.4 Future Products/Services
The injera and bread delivery by traditional way is
not this much advisable. So as to amend this
transportation technique Tibryados has plan to
transport its goods by boats and airplanes . And we
have also a plan to add Ethiopian traditional sauces
like Doro wet and kitfo.

We use three different approachs so as to reach to our dear
consumers.The first option that we are going to use is selling our
products through agents. They will be paid 2% from our income when
they persue one hotel to become our permanent consumer The

5.2 Operational Plan

Our company folows these steps through production when it
changes raw
materials:Teff,flour,yeast to outputs:Injera and Bread

After 3 days we boil water by big casserole and add some batter in order to
make absit
And put it bake to the batter which is in big object
And stir it in order to prevent it from being thick.
After a few minutes starting to make injera.
For bread:
Baking it by less boiled water

Add baking power properly not to make it so much or too small
Sit it for half day and Prepare it by our machine
We need 9,000 kg teff and 3000 flour for monthly
production. So we have to store 90 hundred kg sack teff and
30 sack flour so we need store to reserve this materials also
we buy 10 cardboard of baking powder and yeast.

5.5 Organizational Plan
The organizational system will be being leading by our general manager
zewditu esubalew who controls the broadbrush system and she runs the whole
business. Mainly she checks the calculation results of auditors and she
controlled how the business is going. Moreover, she has a responsibility of
watching the quality of teff and flour which will be being bought by subject
office and when we had finished production of the injera and the bread, The

The main goal of this business is to make a profit by
providing services. We have carefully priced our
product, take care to insure we remain competitive but
also turn a good profit. Tibryados company researched
both generally and locally.
Our competitor research has encompassed pricing,
sampling their product and experience, customer
service and observing their businesses in term of item
soled.
5.8 Market needs
The community around Gonder needs hotel and cafe
services since Gonder is a big city and center of
epiphany celebration as it's one of the heritage which is
registered by UNESCO and the tourists the need of the
hotel is wide and we are the one who deliver bread and
injera for hotels.
With little injera and bread supply the hotel service will
not satisfy their costumers .
5.9Market segmentation
Since our company is situated in Gonder town of
Ethiopia, Therefore we can state and use the population
pyramids to predict the amount of Customers that
would be suitable for our market, by looking at the Average
growth and applying this to the market, we can predict how
many customers we will get.

፮,Critical Risks

It is known that our company will do most of its job by using electric
power. But its also obvious that electricity in our country is not
reliable. Whence if the light become off even for one day our full job
will be interapted.
And when we make injera it may be broken and we won't be able to
sell it for market.
Also taking too much dept from local banks may create great
problem; furthermore, as we know the price of teff and flour is not
always stable. It's always changeable so it may cause fluctuation in
price.

The third one is currency dollar. Because of our agent Mr. Paul we will
get a lot of Ethiopian consumers who are living in Netherlands, Spain
and USA. So we will sell them our injera by cheap price so that they
will definitely choice us. The price of injera is approximately from 1.80
dollar to 2 dollars. But we are selling it by only by one dollar it's why
we will be winning the bids certainly but now the currency of dollar is
so favorable for us it is 54.59 Ethiopian birr. And if it falls our business
will be on the fire.

If one of our workers stop working because of several reasons many


things will be changed as we want seventy injera from one worker.

፯,Exit strategy

Using other materials:In order to solve the problem of electricity we
will buy wood and will continue by it.
Liquidation :Also if our injera be broken,we won't sell to
hotels.so we have to use liquidation which means selling to our
parents, partners and closed relatives in order to save our business
from closing. And if the currency of dollar falls we shall
add the price of our products in foreign countries, not to face
lose;moreover, we will be obliged to increase our price if the cost of
our ingredients rise. As we have to go with the flow.
Initial Public Offer: If our company can't continue as we planned, if
production decline or we face loss, we have to sell a some part of our
enterprises share for the public. The use of this method is we can get
participation of the community in our business.

Merge:If and only if Tibryados cannot continue as an independent


enterprise when it become unable to do decisions by itself due to
different reasons we will merge the Tibryados with Adis enterprise
and other enterprises which are also selling injera and bread. In our
country there are several enterprises which sell same products with
ours. we can be merged with one of them.
