Suggested Preparation • Carefully review the presentation • Underline or highlight in the IM’s Introduction any texts related to the objectives of the presentation. • This is an information session, not a training lesson. • Make sure all instructors, assistants and support staff are present at the beginning of the session in order to introduce them to the participants. • Each participant shall be assigned a hand tool, equipment or accessory placed behind his/her table to be used during the introduction exercise. • Flip chart paper taped to the side wall of the classroom with the heading BASKET.
