GOOD/EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION?
• Communication with friendly face expression.
• Showing assertive communication.
• Use assertive body language
• Want to listen other.
2. WHY AND WHEN DO WE NEED IT?

• Because with the good/effective communication, we can deliver our message more clearly and
we can reach approval/agreement more fast.
• Every time, especially when we currently doing negotiation, presentation, or 1-on-1 meeting.
3. WHAT ARE THE GREATEST CHALLENGES
TO GOOD COMMUNICATION?
• The greatest challenges to good communication are cultural values. Because every nation,
ethnic, tribe in the world must be have cultural values their own.
4. CAN CULTURE, GENDER, NATIONALITY OR SOCIAL
CLASS HAVE AN EFFECT ON COMMUNICATION?

• Yes, their can. Because culture, gender, nationality, or social class have ethic or standard about
“how to communicate in our ways”. So we should use empathy and avoiding stereotyping
when we communicate with people who have different culture, nationality, social class, or
gender.

COMMUNICATION, WHAT ADVICE DO YOU OFFER?

• Become person who have honest, empathy, like to listening, and assertive so our
communication in order to more effective and better.
