AND PROMULGATED POLICY THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SDG NO.
5 GENDER EQUALITY, HOWEVER, THERE ARE STILL LACKING IN THE
POLICY IMPLEMENTATION FROM LOCAL SETTING UP TO NATIONAL SCALE.
