Activity 2

1 What are the three Barriers to effective communication and define

each.

A. Physical barriers – are the environmental and natural condition

that act as a barrier in communication especially in sending
message from sender to receiver.
B. Psycological Barriers – communication refer to the influence of
our mental condition
C. Interpersonal Barriers – refer to the barriers to effective
communication in relation to people

2. Give one situation in which your communication falls because of

barrier and identify the barrier.

I’m working with a client who has a specific vision for their photoshoot, but they
struggle to clearly articulate their ideas or preferences. This communication barrier can
lead to misunderstandings, frustration, and ultimately, a photoshoot that doesn't meet the
client's expectations. The communicatin barrier is Physical Barrier information over flow.

1. What are the controversies or question on Freud’s ideas

( Lack of scientific evidence: Some critics have argued that Freud's theories are not
based on empirical evidence and are therefore unscientific.)

2. In your own opinion, if Freud is still alive, what do you think

are the major changes he would make to his theory.?
(If Freud were still alive today, I imagine he might incorporate insights from modern
neuroscience and psychology, possibly refining his theories on the unconscious mind and
the mechanisms of defense mechanisms.)

3. Do you think thought experiment is still useful im science at

this point in time.?
( definitely yes, experiment is still useful in this time, because it all start in
experiment to build or make something, big example is Elon Musk, how many
time he experiment on homing rocket ship to perfect it, the Toyota company
experimenting in hydrogen cars, theres a lot of experiment until now that soon will
be perfected ad be useful.)

4. What can you say about theories formulated by:

a.Copernicus – revolutionary idea that laid the foundation for modern

Activity 1 Synthesis

1. the importance of adaptations to aerobic, resistance, and stretching exercises can

vary depending on individual fitness goals and overall health. Aerobic exercise is
crucial for cardiovascular health, resistance exercise helps build strength and
muscle mass, and stretching exercise improves flexibility and range of motion.
The most important adaptation would depend on the specific goals and needs of
the individual.
2. The stages of change model, often depicted as a spiral staircase, represents the idea
that behavior change is not linear but rather cynical and dynamic, just like
climbing a staircase.
3. "Fitness is achieved, not received" emphasizes that attaining a level of physical
fitness requires active effort, dedication, and consistent work rather than
something that is simply given or received passively.
