Course Name: P.E. 101: Movement Enhancement
Course At the end of the course, the learners are expected to demonstrate understanding of fitness and exercises in optimizing one’s
Description: health as a habit. Realize and assess an individual’s physical fitness level. This will lead fitness events with proficiency and
confidence resulting in independent pursuit and in influencing others positively. The learners are also expected to lead and
demonstrate enjoyment and cooperation in the activity resulting satisfaction and enhance one’s skills.
