students who were in eighth semester and had experience studying EFL in Indonesia. This study

highlights the importance of considering students' perspectives and experiences in developing and

improving the EFL curriculum in Indonesia.

This study is about "Student Perspectives About The Curriculum in Indonesia Towards English as a

Foreign Language (EFL)". English as a foreign language or EFL were incorporated into the education

curriculum in Indonesia to put together college students to stand international competition.

Unfortunately, many college students experience that the current curriculum in Indonesia, especially in

EFL, is beside the point and insufficient in making ready them to apply English in real-international

contexts. previous studies on the effectiveness of the EFL curriculum in Indonesia from the perspective

of teachers and college students. The examine observed that even though the curriculum is normally

improved. A relevant and effective EFL curriculum can help college students obtain the English

language abilities had to speak efficiently in a international context.

METHOD

The researcher used method in this study is Descriptive-Qualitative design. Descriptive-Qualitative

design is a research approach that emphasizes the role of narrative in understanding human

experience. The researcher used this method to examine the perceptions of the college students about

effectiveness the curriculum towards EFL in Indonesia. The descriptive-qualitative studies technique
used to discover college students' views at the Indonesian curriculum for EFL research includes the

gathering and evaluation of non-numeric statistics. This studies became carried out thru man or woman

interviews with three EFL college students on the eighth semester from UNISMA, in particular in English

education packages to benefit a deeper expertise in their studies.

The interviews are semi-structured, which permits for flexibility in questions and permits college
