5. WHAT ELSE
CAN I DO?
Basically, the more confident we are in our knowledge
and material, the less fear we will experience.
So what can we do to be more confident?
CARE about what you are presenting
Understand WHY you are presenting it
Study your audience - WHO are they?
Consider WHERE you will be presenting - is it an
online meeting, a small room, or a huge stadium? Will
you use slides, handouts, etc. or will you only rely on
your speaking abilities?

Swipe
6. SO, THAT’S
IT?
Short answer - No.

Long answer - Practicing is not enough. It also matters

WHAT you are practicing.

If your script is weak and unstructured, your presentation

will not be enough.

If you cannot engage your audience, they will get bored

and most people will stop listening.

Some people will not be listening anyways. So you must

also make sure to not pay attention to such occurences.

Swipe
7. TO WRAP IT
UP
Write a compelling script of your presentation
Practice your presentation
Study your surroundings
Stay confident

In the next part, we will look at how to

prepare a good quality script
