The Project on Capacity Development for Assisting Survivors of Trafficking in


Persons.

with travel to Siem Reap, Banteay Meanchey, and
Tboung Khmum Provinces as required

<Terms of Reference>
1. Quality Control of the project activities
1-1 Manage the progress of project activities, ensuring the timeline and quality of the
activities;
1-2 Coordinate and facilitate communication between the consultants and ministry when
necessary; and
1-3 Facilitate the meetings and discussions when necessary.

2. Support the implementation of the project activities


2-1 Provide support in communication between Japanese experts and ministry personnel;
2-2 Translate documents and other necessary items from Khmer into English and the other
way around;
2-3 Interpret at the meeting and any other occasions between English and Khmer when
necessary;
2-4 Draft official letters and related documents; and
2-5 Take meeting minutes and other related documents when necessary.

3. Communication functions
3-1 Contact counterparts and all relevant institutions to obtain necessary information;
3-2 Support PR of the project through necessary means (e.g., Facebook, social media,
etc.)

4. Accounting and Administrative functions


4-1 Provide logistical support to the implementation of seminars/workshops/meetings;
4-2 Support in accounting works when necessary; and
4-3 Support the procurement works, such as contacting suppliers for quotations, etc) when
necessary.

5. Others
5-1 Perform any other duties as requested by the expert.

<Qualifications and requirements>


⚫ University degree in Social Science, Management, Accounting, Business Management or
related fields;
⚫ At least two (8) years of experience in a relevant field, the field of TIP issue would be an
advantage;
⚫ Good experience and skills in the facilitation of multi-stakeholder consultations;
⚫ Good computer skills in such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
⚫ Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
⚫ English and Khmer proficiency, both spoken and written.
