physical harm.
• Attempting or compelling the woman or her
child in fear of imminent physical harm.
• Placing the woman or her child in fear of
imminent physical harm.

• Husband, ex-husband
• Boyfriend or ex
• Father of the woman’s child
• Lesbian girlfriends/partners or ex
• Any person with whom the woman has/had
a sexual or dating relationship

Physical Sexual
acts that include bodily or acts that are sexual in
physical harm nature committed against
a woman or her child

Psychological Economical
acts or omissions causing acts that make or attempt
or likely to cause mental or to make a woman
emotional suffering of the financially dependent
victim
