Notes:
1. Documentation required :- Calibration Certificate , Ingress Protection Certificate, Material Certificates to 3.1 as per EN 10204, Hydro test , Explosion proof & weather
proof certificate, Pressure test Procedure/Report , SIL 2 Certificate, Operating & Maintenance Instructions & Spare Parts List.
2. All instruments to be supplied with a SS 316 Name plate with Tag no. permanently inscribed. Tags shall be Permanently secured.
3. Bourdon tube gauges shall be tested in accordance with of BS EN 837-1.
4. The gauge shall be weather proof to IP 65 as per IEC 60529 / IS 13947, as minimum.
5. Dial markings and dial colour shall be as per IS 3624.
6. The pressure gauge shall have an over-range protection of at least 130% of maximum working pressure, as minimum.
7. Calibration and test certificate to be provided for each instrument.
8. Painting shall be Manufacturer standard suitable for Hazardous environment.
9. All pressure transmitters shall be provided with 2 valve Manifold and it is to be fitted, tested & supplied along with the Instrument.
10. Valve manifold shall have 1/2" NPT(F) connection on process, gauge and 1/4'' NPT(F) Connection on vent/ drain & Material shall be same as the element material.
11. Gauge construction shall ensure no leakage of process fluid to atmosphere.
12. Vendor to select the filling liquid which shall be compatible with the maximum process temperature.
13. Liquid filled damping shall be provided, suitable fluid to be selected according to the process fluid conditions.
14. Gauge shall be provided with Snubber whereever the service specified is pulsating type (i.e, Pump discharge etc.,) and the MOC shall be same as socket material.
