Term and Conditions

1. A signed copy of the contract should be sent through email upon confirmation. Reservation is considered
tentative and will be confirmed only upon the receipt of the signed conforme.
2. 50% of down payment is required upon confirmation. The remaining 50% shall be settled 10 days before
departure.
3. Re-Booking Policy: The client should advise the agent in writing at least (15) days before the event date.
Failure to do so means that the client should be charged for all preparatory expenses incurred before the
supposed event date. Cancellation Policy: Should the client decide not to push through with the event,
cancellation should be made in writing and down payment is considered forfeited in favor of the hotel.
4. NO ROOM HAS BEEN MADE YET/ RATES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY UPON CONFIRMATION.
5. All incidentals charges incurred during actual stay must be settled prior to departure. The client
assumes full responsibility for any damages incurred during the event.

Travel Documentation:

Rates above do not include assistance on travel documentation assistance. Due to COVID19 new travel policies are
being implemented. Each departure city and destination requires different documentation and changes from time to
time. We strongly suggest all travelers to check relevant government authorities independently. Beyond Escape
Travel and Tours will not be liable in case boarding denial due to incomplete travel documentation.
