I. Title:
“Fruit Crafting: Fruit Carving”

II. Rationale:
The fruit carving industry continues to grow, offering numerous job opportunities. By
introducing students to the world of barista skills and coffee craftsmanship, this seminar
prepares them for future careers in coffee shops, cafes, and even entrepreneurship.

III. Objectives: (List down the Objectives of the Project/Program/Activity)


The Barista seminar includes the following objectives:
1. To impart a deep understanding of fruit carving, their origins, and the various fruit
carving regions, as well as the fruit carving processing methods and their impact on
flavor profiles.
2. To equip participants with the essential carving skills required to prepare fruit
beverages.
3. To demonstrate how to properly extract fruit carving.
4. To familiarize students with various coffee brewing methods, including pour-over,
French press, Aeropress, and more, allowing them to explore different flavor profiles
and brewing techniques.
