confidence, and gain recognition for their abilities in specific fields or disciplines. By
doing skills competitions in hospitality management, it contributes to the holistic
development of students, preparing them for the challenges and expectations of the
industry.

III. Objectives:

presenting students with real-world scenarios and challenges commonly encountered in
the hospitality industry.

students are exposed to relevant and up-to-date practices.
4. To evaluate and reinforce the importance of professionalism, etiquette, and ethical
behavior within the hospitality sector, as these are critical aspects of successful careers in
the field.
5. To foster collaboration between students from different disciplines, promoting a
holistic understanding of the industry and the ability to work effectively in cross-
functional teams.
6. To evaluate students' ability to manage their time effectively, a crucial skill in the fast-
paced environment of hospitality management.
7. To provide constructive feedback to participants, highlighting their strengths and areas
for improvement, with the goal of encouraging continuous learning and development.
8. To emphasize the importance of delivering an exceptional guest experience by
incorporating tasks that assess students' ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and
exceed guest expectations.
