PROJECT DESIGN

I. PROJECT TITLE: ‘YOUTH REFERENCE ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AWARD’

II. DURATION: JUNE, 2022

RATIONALE: As part of the Education Program at the graduation ceremony of

Bannawag Elementary School, SK Bannawag awarded the children who achieved
high honors. They will received a Medal, Certificate of Excellence and Cash
Incentives.
I. OBJECTIVES:

a) to give support and appreciation to those graduating students who excel in

their class.

II. METHODOLGY

The program was implemented to encourage young students to persevere

and work hard in their studies. SK Bannawag as a Companion in pursuing dreams
and having a quality education!

III. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS

Medal and Certificate………………………….Php. 1,000.00

Cash Assistance……………………………….Php. 4,000.00

TOTAL…………………………………………..Php. 5,000.00

IV. SOURCE OF FUND

The project will be funded from the 10 % SK Funds appropriated for

Education.

To be able to strengthen quality education and for a brighter future.
