Project Summary

The project entitled “Pagyamanin ang NVAC” will be a series of income-generating

business throughout the academic year 2021-2022 to generate Association fund despite this
pandemic and distance. It aims to use all resources possible for generating fund that will not
require much money as a starting fund.
Since the association does not have fund this school year, the ways and means committee
will be using their own money as their starting fund. Through any ways possible, it aims to
collect fund necessary to run the association. It assures to provide products that will not
compromise Christian standards.

II. Organization
A. Objectives
1. To increase the costumer of this project.
2. Encourage every students, faculty and staff, Alumni, and surrounding
communities to actively contribute by purchasing products that the committee will be producing.
3. Seek business advice from persons that are well acquainted in business world.

C. Evaluation of the Effect Among the Participants
To measure the effect of the project, the Ways and means committee with the help
of the CASC Auditors and Treasurer, they will all the expenses and income of the committee.
 III. Project Description
This project will be spearheaded by the Way and means Committee with collaboration
and help of other committees and departments, depending upon the business to be conducted.
This project will also allow students to benefit from the product that the committee will produce
and at the same time be able to help the committee to generate fund.
It aims to do a self-generating fund business that will help the association in their
programs that needs funds. It envisions to generate fund in a possible way that does not require
so much process and business technicalities.
The target beneficiary of this program is all the students enrolled both in academy and
college department, Faculty and staff, community, and alumni that may want to purchase
products that will be produced by the committee.
The following programs will be executed upon the approval from the student council and
from the office of the Dean of Student Services.

V. Project Media and Channel

Promotion of NVAC merchandise will be done virtually through the help of every
students, the students council, and Social Media and Communication Committee.
VI. Project Administration and Monitoring
- Pre—orders will be done online. Contact persons will be given by the committee.
- Manage the prospect costumer of the business.
- Secure available resources, availability of time, and school permit to administer the
business
- Communicate with the Department in partnership.
- Every after selling or executing a business, the committee will be having an
evaluation and auditing.
VII. Proposed Budget
Since the Current Association do not have its own fund yet, we proposed to have a
solicitation from prospect persons that will be of help raising fund for starting an income-
generating business. And from there, we will prosper the fund.
