Section 1. Project Overview

1.1 Problem Statement
Describe the business reason(s) for initiating the project, specifically stating the
business problem.

The problem statement for the El Tigre CCS Caravan project is that the college
is facing challenges in attracting and retaining students in its programs. Despite
offering high-quality programs with strong outcomes and job prospects, the college
is struggling to compete with other institutions and increase its enrollment in the
computer studies department.

The college recognizes the need to increase its visibility and awareness among
potential students and their families in the community. The traditional marketing
efforts of the college have not been effective in reaching the target audience, and it
has become clear that a more innovative and personalized approach is needed to
attract students.

Therefore, the El Tigre CCS Caravan project is a response to the problem of low
enrollment and lack of awareness of the college's computer studies programs. By
creating a mobile showcase that can travel to targeted locations in the community,
the college hopes to create a unique and engaging experience for potential students
and their families to learn more about the programs offered and the strengths of
the college.

The project aims to address the problem of low enrollment and lack of awareness
by providing a more personalized and interactive approach to marketing the
college's computer studies programs. By showcasing the programs through
interactive displays and engaging activities, the project aims to create buzz and
generate interest in the college, ultimately leading to increased enrollment and
awareness of the college's unique features and strengths in the field of computer
studies.
