Summary
 School canteens and other school food services where students and staffs eat or
buy their food, snacks and beverages are important to school community's
nutritional aspect. They are also important educational resources for it supply
the students and staffs the energy to do school tasks. The school canteen should
reflect the educational goals of the school, support and complement student
learning. Thus, Asian Development Foundation College is looking for a school
canteen implementation that is safe and comfortable to all students, teachers
and vendors.
 
 If ever this project will be done it would be a big help to all vendors to have an
adequate space for their food stalls. It also helps the students and teachers to
make it easy for them to buy their food because they have now their own
canteen inside the campus which is safe and clean to ensure their health and
welfare.
 
 This project will cost a total budget of 745,400 pesos to be started this May 1,
2023 and to be completed in June 16, 2023 for about two and a half months. We
choose the municipality as our sponsor in implementing our school canteen
because they want people especially students and teachers to be safe.
1. Introduction

We're the Asian Society. We plan to make this name known in school to make it more
recognized. The mission of our organization is to make it simple for the school canteen and
keep the surroundings clean.

The purpose of Asian society is to expand the school canteen on the side of the faculty
lodge,and provide a service to the school community, provide a variety of nutritious and
attractively presented food and drinks at a reasonable cost, and reinforce classroom learning.
The canteen provides a rewarding opportunity for parents to be involved in their child's
school. The target audience of the canteen is the students, instructors, and school staff and
workers.
2. Needs/Problems
Identify the needs or problems to be addressed. Include the target population and any
statistical information that you may have. Ideas for information to include here are:

• 12 hrs./To assure the Asian Development Foundation College community's health and
welfare the proponents are looking for a school canteen implementation that is safe and
comfortable to all vendors,students and teachers. 

• Whether problem has ever been addressed before, and what the outcome was

•  limited space to accommodate customers during recess or lunch break

• the efficiency of the management along with customer satisfaction could not be
fulfilled. Customers have to wait in long queues, for placing orders and they have to also wait
for their order to be ready on the counters.

3. Goals/Objectives
• We will expand the canteen so that we well have enough space for ADFC students.

• Additional of a staff of a canteen someone who will work regularly and know how to
cook.

• we will add a ceiling fan so that the students of ADFC don’t get suffocated.

4. Procedures/Scope of Work
The canteen is outsourced to the third party where it is under the continuous
supervision of the canteen committee.The committee takes regular suggestions from
students and staff to improve the service. Asian Development Foundation College
premises comprises of one Main Building (University), one Model school for girls &,
one Model school for Boys having a strength of atleast 1000 students &
faculty.Proposed canteen is located in the Faculty Lodge in Asian Development
Foundation, caters to the requirements of officers,staff and day scholars. The proposed
Canteen required to serves tea/coffee/cold drinks,snacks,high tea, lunch/dinner etc. in
various official meetings,programmes,seminars and functions organized by the
University from time to time. In addition,people visiting Asian Development
Foundation College in connection with various academic activities of the University
also avail there services. The Successful party would be required to run the canteen by
opening @ 6am in addition to existing main coffee house/canteen.
5. Timetable
Provide detailed information on the expected timetable for the project. Break the project into
phases, and provide a schedule for each phase.

8. Evaluation
The school principal shall establish a system for monitoring and evaluating the progress of
theschool canteen. This include establishing progress benchmarks on the school community's
healthand asking for feedbacks from students, teachers and food vendors throughout the
usage of theschool canteen building. Monitoring and evaluating of the hygiene and sanitation
in the canteenshall be conducted twice a month by the school's teaching staffs and with the
help of the proponents
