 ▶ 주요 지원서류 관련 유의사항 안내
• 한글 또는 영어로 작성되지 않은 문서는 원칙적으로 영어번역공증 후 제출해야 합니다.
(단, 제출서류 안내에 별도 지시가 있을 경우 해당지시를 따르시기 바랍니다.)

• 해외 대학(원) ‘학위증서’는 현지 국가에서 『아포스티유 확인서』(아포스티유 협약국)을 받거나 공증 후 대한민국(영)사관의

『영사확인』(아포스티유 미협약국)을 제출해야 합니다.

• 중국대학 학위취득자의 경우 『영사확인』을 받았더라도 『중국 교육부 인증서(영어)』는 필수로 추가 제출해야 하며,

이 인증서는 중국교육부 학력인증보고서(www.chsi.edu.cn) 또는 학위인증보고서(www.cdgdc.edu.cn)에서 발급된 증서만을 인정합니다.

• 『아포스티유 확인서』를 제출할 경우, 영어로 작성된 서류는 원본제출 가능합니다. 그러나 서류가 현지어(비영어)로 작성된
경우에는 반드시 영어 번역공증서로 제출하셔야 합니다. 다만, 아포스티유 신청절차나 요구사항은 서로 다르므로 해당국가
관련기관에 문의하시기 바랍니다. 한국에 체류 중인 학생들의 편의를 위해 ‘주 한국 해당국 대사관’에서 해당서류의 진실성을
보증한 인증서류들 또한 위의 인증들과 동등한 효력이 있는 것으로 인정 합니다.

• 졸업예정자는 반드시 최종 학위증과 성적표를 요구기한 내에 제출해야 합니다. 그렇지 않을 경우 본교는 해당 학생의 합격 및
입학을 취소할 수 있습니다.

• 공인어학능력시험의 경우, 정규 정기시험의 성적표만을 인정하며, 기관 등 사설 단체에서 시행한 비정규 시험과
모의시험 성적은 인정하지 않습니다.

• 상기 입학서류는 대학 제출용이며, 재외 공관 및 출입국관리사무소에 제출하는 서류는 별도로 준비해야 합니다.

• 지원자는 여권 없을 시 지원이 불가합니다.

• 지원시 입력사항 착오, 누락, 오기 등으로 인한 불이익은 지원자의 책임이므로 신중을 기하시기 바랍니다.

• 졸업자격요건 (논문게재 시 지도교수가 공동저자 또는 교신저자로 포함되어 있어야 함)

❸ 외국인 유학생 보험 의무가입 (대한민국 교육부 방침)

▶ 한국 국민건강보험법 제 109조에 따라 모든 외국인유학생은 2021년 3월 1일부터 국민건강보험 가입이 의무화됩니다.
이에 따라 모든 유학생은 전부 가입해야 하며, 가입하지 않을 경우 패널티가 부여될 예정입니다. (1달 기준 약 7만원)
▶ 국민건강보험 미가입자의 경우 입학 후 외국인 등록 시 당연가입 처리되며, 외국인 등록 이전까지는 현지에서 가입
또는 국내 민간보험에 별도 가입해야 합니다.

• Every required original document should be issued in Korean or English, and all documents issued in a language other than Korean or English should
be translated and notarized before submission. (However, if separate guidelines are provided for documents to submit, please follow those directions.)
• Academic Degree Certificate from overseas university(or graduate school) needs to be officially “certified” by the Korean Consulate and should be sealed
by the Korean Embassy (consulate General) or “apostilled” in the country where the graduated university is located.
• For Chinese university graduates, even if they receive a consular confirmation, you must submit an additional Certificate of Education (English), which
only accepts certificates issued from the Chinese Ministry of Education's Academic Certification Report (www.chsi.edu.cn) or degree certification
report (www.cdgdc.edu.cn).
• If you submit the Apostille Confirmation, you can submit the original documents written in English. However, if the document is written in local language
(non-English), you must submit it as an English translation notary. However, the procedure and requirements for applying for Apostille are different,

❷ New Student Orientation

▶ The orientation will be conducted for freshmen, and freshmen must attend the orientation.
▶ Through the freshmen orientation, we will provide basic information such as school introduction,
academic guidance, scholarship guidance, and visa.
▶ The confirmed freshmen orientation schedule will be individually informed to freshmen once week before the orientation.

❸ National Health Insurance Subscription (Regulations of the Korean Ministry of Education)

▶ According to No. 109 regulation of the Korean Ministry of Education, all international students are required
to purchase health insurance. If you do not follow this regulation, you will get a penalty.(about 70,000 KRW per month)
▶ If you don’t have national health insurance, you must subscribe that insurance when you register alien in Korea after admission.
You should sign up for the insurance one’s country or domestic personal insurance personally
