b) What is meant by “Quorum” and “Adjournment” while writing Minutes of a
meeting:

make decisions.
➢ It ensures that important decisions are made with enough people present to represent a
group.

Adjournment:
➢ Adjournment means the formal ending of a meeting.
➢ It's when the person in charge says, "The meeting is over."
➢ In the minutes, you write down the time and date when the meeting ended and any
