1.- The definition of availability is whether someone or something can be accessed or used. WRITE FIVE
EXAMPLES .
a) Provide a space of trust where your employees can talk about their challenges at work without
judging them. The goal is to resolve any concerns or conflicts before they grow, and a key to achieving
this is maintaining a strict level of confidentiality. For example: When I was working in "Movistar" I
met a colleague who had problems in his family environment and the company referred him to work
in another quieter area so that he would not get upset and have more peace of mind when doing his
work
b) One of the main skills of an effective leader is knowing how to communicate to his team members
what is expected of them and what strategies they must follow to achieve it. That is why middle
managers must know that one of their responsibilities is communication. For example: When working
in "PLAZA VEA" always the head of the store and the heads of each area used to have a meeting of
approximately 10 minutes to achieve the weekly objectives and help other areas to achieve them
c) Today we receive many more messages than we can actually process. Determine which employees
should know certain information, do not saturate everyone with topics that are not relevant to them.
For example: In every company, the shorter and more concise the message is, the more it will help
employees to perform in a good way in their work.
d) A good habit to ensure that you are listening is to repeat the prominent messages that your
interlocutor gives. This technique not only improves communication, it allows the other party to feel
appreciated and valued. For example: When I started working in the meat area, my boss was forgetful
about some things but he always knew how to listen to some recommendations that the person in
charge of "REDONDOS" told me.
e) Improving the work environment is a very good strategy that many companies adopt. For example: In
a company where there are conflicts or poor communication, it is very difficult to reach the objectives
set or it will be able to reach it but in much longer time.

A meeting minutes is a document that is written to record what was discussed, agreed or decided
during a meeting. Its main objective is, therefore, that everything mentioned above is in writing so
that it can be consulted in the future if necessary.
The meeting minutes model serves to certify what happened and give validity to what was agreed
by both parties, in such a way that it avoids misunderstandings and clarifies the points discussed in
the meeting. In turn, internally it is used to know the tasks assigned to each member of the team, as
well as the date of completion of these. Having all this information collected clearly and concisely
helps to achieve objectives and improves communication both within the company and with the
client.
