Welcome to use the BKVD-1202 Series series vascular imaging instrument. Before opening your
device, please read this manual carefully, and use and maintain your device correctly in accordance
with the requirements of this manual, so as to obtain satisfactory clinical effects and extend the use
of the device life.

 1. Overview
1.1. Product features
This equipment has the following characteristics:
1) The machine can run continuously and load intermittently;
2) Reasonable structure and reliable performance;
3) The equipment is small in size, light in weight, and low in power consumption
4) Simple operation.

1.2. Main purpose and scope of application

Main purpose: for observation and search of superficial subcutaneous blood vessels and auxiliary
puncture.

1) Ambient temperature 5℃-35℃
2) Relative humidity ≤80%
3) Atmospheric pressure 86kPa～106kPa

1.4. Working conditions

1) Use power supply AC 220V 50Hz
2) Keep away from strong electricity/magnetic field and high voltage interference
3) Avoid sunlight on the screen
4) Operation mode: intermittent loading, continuous operation time ≥8h
6) The equipment is not suitable to work in the environment of toxic gas and flammable gas.

1) The safety classification of this equipment is Ⅱ type B, intermittent loading and continuous
operation, IPXO, non-AP/APG type equipment
2) The safety requirements of the equipment comply with GB9706.1-2007 "Medical Electrical

 2.Structural features and working principle

2. Working principle
The device uses the different characteristics of infrared light in the 630nm-960nm band to penetrate
normal human tissues and hemoglobin.
The camera clearly displays the vascular shadow on the screen for medical staff to find equipment
for venous blood vessels.

4.Size and weight

5.Installation instructions
5.1. Unpacking inspection
After unpacking, check the components according to the packing list, the configuration and
accessories should be consistent with the packing list, and read the "Instruction Manual" carefully,
and install it as required after confirming that it is not damaged.
Note: Don't throw the packaging materials around, take care of the environment and sanitation!

5.2. Equipment installation

Pass the lead wire on the instrument bracket seat through the bracket, and fix the bracket on the
bracket seat with screws; connect and tighten the lead wire connector that passes through the bracket
seat with the camera device, then fix the camera device on the bracket, and check that it is correct
Connect the power supply.

5.3. Debug
Completely check that the key positions of the connecting wires should be correct before turning on
the power, and carry out operation and debugging, so that the equipment is in normal operation.

6. Operating instructions
(1) Equipment power-on self-check
Turn on the power switch, press the start button, and wait for an image to appear on the screen,
indicating that the device is starting and working normally.
(2) Operation method
1. When the device is working normally, the captured image will be displayed on the screen.
2. Place the patient's hand on the light source and adjust the focus of the camera to make the image
clear.
3. Select the working mode of the instrument according to the needs, adjust the brightness of the
light source to obtain the angiographic image.

7.Precautions and product contraindications

1. The equipment should be used in a clean and ventilated environment. The environment requires
dry and clean. Avoid placing it with chemicals and electric/magnetic strong electrical appliances.
2. When the power is on, do not move or shake the equipment, and all parts should be connected and
disassembled when the power is off.
3. When the equipment is not in use, turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord; when it is
not in use for a long time, it should be wiped clean, put in the packing box, and turned on regularly.
4. Avoid damp, collision and squeeze during transportation, and it can be transported by air, road and
rail.
5. If the equipment fails, please do not open the case by yourself, but contact the company for repair.
6. Do not direct the light source to human eyes.
7. When using the equipment, please stick an isolation film to prevent cross-infection.
8. The validity period of the equipment is five years, please use it within the validity period.

Note: The adapter fuse is damaged, please replace the adapter directly.

9 The disinfection of the light source

The head of the light source can be wiped and disinfected with absorbent cotton ball dipped in 75%
medical alcohol, but care should be taken to avoid short circuit caused by liquid entering.

10. Maintenance and maintenance

In order for you to use the equipment normally and maximize the benefits of the equipment, please
pay attention to the normal maintenance and daily maintenance of the equipment.
1. The power supply should be checked frequently. If the voltage exceeds the applicable range of the
equipment (AC 198V～242V), a stabilized power supply should be added, otherwise it must not be
turned on and used.
2. Check the power cord of the equipment frequently, and replace it immediately if it is found to be
damaged or broken.
3. When cleaning the equipment, unplug the power cord first and wipe it with absorbent cotton and
toothpaste. Do not wipe with detergent or disinfectant. The display screen can be wiped with alcohol.
4. Do not open the case to clean the inside without authorization, let alone shake or disassemble the
internal parts.

5. After moving the equipment, check whether the connection between the components is loose. If it
is loose, connect it properly.
6. Every 6-12 months or after each maintenance, qualified personnel must conduct a comprehensive
inspection of the equipment, including functional safety inspections.
Note: If the various hospitals or institutions that use this equipment do not implement a satisfactory
maintenance plan, it may cause the equipment to fail.

11. Transportation and storage

1. Transportation
The packaged products can be transported by general means of transportation, and they need to be
protected from rain and snow. It is strictly forbidden to transport them together with corrosive items.
2. Storage
The packed equipment should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and non-corrosive room.
3. Transportation and storage conditions

b) Relative humidity: ≤95%;
c) Atmospheric pressure: 86kPa～106kPa

2. The warranty period of the equipment is one year, and there will be paid maintenance for life
outside the warranty period.
3. Keep the equipment warranty sheet properly. If there is no warranty sheet, our company reserves
the right to refuse repairs.
4. The company can provide the circuit diagrams, component lists, legends, calibration rules, or other
materials necessary for the user's qualified technicians to repair the equipment according to the
customer's requirements.
5. During the warranty period, the following equipment failures caused by human factors will be
repaired for a fee:
1) Disassemble the machine without permission of our company.
2) Due to careless storage, the casing of the equipment or accessories and the components are
mechanically damaged.
3) The voltage fluctuation of the user network exceeds the usage requirements, and the voltage
stabilizer is not used.
4) Damage caused by connection with other equipment.
5) Please dispose of used electronic products in accordance with the requirements of the
environmental protection department.
