We are inviting you to participate in this research by completing the following
survey. The aim of this research is to identify the parents’ involvement on the
performance of Grade 7 learners and find out any significant relationship of socio-
demographic profile and parents’ involvement on the performance of Grade 7
learners. The following questionnaire will require approximately 5-10 minutes to
complete. Thank you for taking your time in assisting with us with this research
Under no circumstances are you obligated to answer any of the question, however,
in doing so will greatly assist us in completing our research and enhancing the

Direction: the purpose of this questionnaire is to evaluate the parents involvement
in monitoring learners academic performances. Please rank in the basis of your

1. I talk to my child about how much I love learning new things
