The undersigned are the Third year BEED students of Notre Dame-RVM College of
Cotabato, we are currently writing our research entitled “Parental Involvement on
Social-Emotional Development of Pupils in Academic Performance: A
Correlational Study”.
In this regards we would like to ask for a few minutes of your time to fill up the
questionnaires as accurately as frankly as possible. Rest assured that the information
gathered would be kept with utmost confidentiality and would be used for research
