Greetings of peace! On behalf of the Engineering Men’s Volleyball Team, we would like to ask for one-week excusal starting Oct. 18, 2023 1:00-5:00 pm until 23 (Oct. 19-23, 2023 8:00 am – 5:00 pm) from our classes for important and intensive training, for the upcoming Intramurals 2023. As a dedicated student- athlete, we understand the value of both our academic and athletic commitments and strive to maintain a balance between and two. The Men’s volleyball team has been presented with a unique and crucial training opportunity that is scheduled to take place from October 18-23, 2023. This one-week training is vital to our team’s preparation for upcoming friendly competitions and represents an invaluable opportunity to enhance our skills and teamwork. Our collective success also contributes positively to our department’s reputation in sports. To ensure that our absence from class will have minimal impact on our academic performance, we have taken the following steps: We kindly request your understanding and support in granting us permission to participate in the training. We are confident that this experience will not only benefit us as an athlete but will also reflect positively on our department as a whole.
