Please be informed of the schedule for the 42nd Councilwide Camp


will be on November 30- December 3, 2023 the same schedule with the
BSP at Camp Aurora, Bulatukan, Makilala, Cotabato and Twinkler and Star
Scouts Playday will be on December 2, 2023 with the theme : “ OUR
WORLD, OUR PEACEFUL FUTURE”.

Hereunder are the initial information about the event :

DATE - November 30- December 3, 2023 - Junior, Senior, Cadet Girl


Scouts
- December 2, 2023 - Twinkler and Star Scouts
- December 2, 2023 - Open House – Whole Day

PARTICIPANTS - Twinkler - Pre- Schooler


Star Grade 1-3
Junior Grade 4-6
Senior Grade 7-10
Cadet Grade 11-12 and college
Troop leader/Adult Chaperon

( No limit of participants as long as they are qualified)

QUALIFICATIONS :

GIRL :
1. Must be a registered girl scout for the current year.
2. Physically fit and alert
3. Must have attended PLTC/ Troop, School, District Camp

ADULT :

1. Currently registered Troop Leader or Adult Leader


2. Must be physically fit and alerT
3. Must have taken an Outdoor Leadership Course
4. Must have brought her girl to Troop/School/ District Camp
CAMP FEE :

P 600.00 – Junior, Senior and Cadet Scouts


P 500.00 – Twinkler and Star Scouts
P 500.00 – Troop Leader/Adult Chaperon

ARRIVAL IN CAMP

1. Junior Girl Scouts will be billeted at Camp Aurora and


Senior/Cadet will be at the Ipong National High School.
2. Districts (Junior Level) with no huts will put up their tents.
3. Twinkler and Star Girl Scouts activities will be held at Camp
Aurora.
4. You can pay you Camp Registration ahead of Time at the Council
Office to avoid delay.

FOOD MANAGEMENT :

Food of the campers is not included in the Camp Fee. Campers are
expected to prepare and cook their own meals in camp based on the
prepared menu of the Troop Leaders.

THING TO BRING :

1. Complete Official Girl Scout Uniform ( dress, cap, scarf, and pins)
2. Black closed shoes with white socks
3. Active/Camp Uniform ( Bermuda shorts, GSP T-shirt and green
socks )
4. Jogging pants, rubber shoes for outdoor challenge
5. Comfortable working clothes
6. Sweater, umbrella/ Raincoat
7. Sleeping garments, underwears, napkin, rubber slippers
8. Bedroll/sleeping bag
9. Patrol Tent/Dome Tent
10. Toiletries , Face towel, Bath Towel
11. Casual Attire
12. Costume for Campfire
13. Prescribed Medicines/ Vitamins/ First Aid Kit
14. Sit upon ( 3 feet square)
15. Writing Materials
16. Flashlight , Emergency light, Candle

Attached herewith is the proposed Program of Activities. Other details


of the event will be included in our succeeding circulars. Meanwhile,
we suggest that campers be screened and given needed preparation
during the pre-camp training,
