The H time is what matters

This is a very interesting point that Joel portrays in the book, no matter how good you are at something
(always try to improve), what matters is that at the right time you are fully capable of executing that skill
while being excellent. Practice will lead you to excellence, always be willing to act when the time comes.

Prepare the favorable environment

My favorite point is something that I know about and that really makes a difference in my life. Creating a
favorable environment in this case doesn't have much to do with comfort, it has to do with making your
environment a training ground for learning. Eliminate any and all possibilities of distractions or blur,
make your environment something pleasant and suitable for your objective. It's not simple, but it's doable,
it's like removing stones from the path you take every day.

Have a routine

Having a routine isn't a bad thing, I've always known that, but Joel made it even clearer. Routine is
practically our brain's ability to do frequent things using little energy, this is magnificent. What you can't
let happen is that your routine is monotonous, so the secret here is to always do the same things, but in
different ways. Think, it's something more than possible!

Create habits

Starting with micro habits is the key to creating great habits that will be the pillars of your life. Be wise,
Joel indicates small changes that can make you start this practice very well. For example, if you are going
to train when you wake up, sleep in your training clothes. This example already makes it clear that
creating small triggers is essential to start these small changes and move on to big habits.

Get organized

Organization is the key point, here we talk about the issue of knowing where we are and where we want
to get to. It will never be a waste of time to think about what you did during the day and what you want to
do the next day, visualizing your goals is something that directs you towards the path of achievement.
Always be organized!

Have purpose

We all need to find our purpose. No, purpose is not something defined when we are born without the
possibility of change, purpose is something we need to grab and follow with it. It is also necessary to
understand whether your “chosen purpose” continues to make sense at that moment in your journey, if
not, change the purpose, it is always necessary to reflect on why you do what you do to become a better
person.

Train

Once you understand what needs to be done, repeat. This is where discipline comes into play and what
was banal becomes great. Repeat everything you plan to become a better person, after all: “Success is
trainable” — Joel Jota.

Be consistent

Having consistency is different from training (continuing to repeat something to improve), in this case I
understand that being consistent means holding on to the bar when it seems to be weak. In reality, it's not
about repetition, it's about continuing to follow your goals even in the most difficult times. Consistency in
this case I understand as: staying firm.

Free yourself

To finish, Joel talks about freedom. Freedom in this case I understand as something that literally leaves
you free to continue with your desire for growth. This freedom often comes with a favorable financial
life, but it also comes with professional or personal success. Being free means opening yourself up to new
opportunities with a completely open and motivated mind. Surely this freedom is a feeling that you know
what it means when you feel it.

This book is important because it helps with personal and social development, you can learn how to
achieve success in a practical way, so I recommend it for anyone who wants to grow, reach maturity and
prosperity. But brother, be ready because it's not easy, it requires a lot of sacrifices
