1. The above quoted price is INCLUSIVE of VAT
2. Under load Charge: Orders below five (5) cubic meters minimum load per transit mixers cubic meter
are subject to under load charge of P1000.00 per cubic meter.
3. Mixer Truck Stand-by Charge: Php1000.00 per hour in excess of allowable 3hours from time of
arrival at site.
4. Concrete sampling rate: 8 samples for every 50cu.m (6 samples to be tested with 2 samples for spare.)
5. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuation of raw materials prices.
6. LGU regulations with regards to permits, parking and right to pass are the responsibility of and
must obtained by the Contractor.
7. Full payment upon delivery.
