LINE PUMP / BOOM CHARGES

1. The minimum required volume is 60.0 m³, if less than 60.0 m³ will charge based on 60.0 m³.
Price per cu.m is PHP 280.00.
Price per set up is PHP 16,800.00
- If volume exceeds 60.0 m³, actual price will be based on actual volume.

2. Grout will be supplied by the buyer to the project site. If the grout will be supplied by us,
the price of the grout will be charged the same as the price of Ready Mix per cu.m.
(Note: The minimum of the grout required will depend on the length of the pipe needed.)
-In excess of every 20 pipes, there will be Php 10.00 charge per excess pipe.
-Volume of X cu.m × PHP 280/ cu.m= Y
-Total charge of Pumpcrete will be X cu.m × PHP 280 + (No. of excess pipes × PHP 10.00 ×
Vol.)
Boom Type Charges:
- Advance 35 meter concrete pump = PHP 300.00 per m³ for 60.0 m³ volume
- Min. Pump charge per set up or less than 60.0m³ below = PHP 18,000.00 (Boom 35 meter)
- If volume exceeds 60.0 m³, actual price will be based on actual volume.
- Advance 43 meter concrete pump = PHP 350.00 per m³ for 60.0 m³ volume
- Min. Pump charge per set up or less than 60.0m³ below = PHP 21,000.00 (Boom 43 meter)
- If volume exceeds 60.0 m³, actual price will be based on actual volume.
- Advance 46 meter concrete pump = PHP 400.00 per m³ for 100.0 m³ volume
- Min. Pump charge per set up or less than 100.0m³ below = PHP 40,000.00 (Boom 46 meter)
- If volume exceeds 100.0 m³, actual price will be based on actual volume.

PUMPCRETE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Truck Ban charges, villages and Subdivision entrance fees of mixer and Pumpcrete are excluded.
2. Pumpcrete charges are minimum of 60/100 m³and another charges above 60/100m³
3. Cancellation of pouring and demobilisation of Pumpcrete shall be filled accordingly.
4. Ten Pesos (Php 10.00) additional charge per cu.m for every floor beyond 5th Floor with the
standard height of 3 meters per floor.
5. Ten Pesos (Php 10.00) additional charge per pipes per cu.m in excess of 20 pipes or elbows
For line pump and 5 pipes or elbows for boom type.
6. Pumpcrete rental is subject to availability.

Minimum truck load is 8m³ and maximum of 10 m³

P2,500.00 under load charge per truck for 7.5 m³ and below.

Remarks: Please submit purchase order prior to pouring.
