 To Bring mineral water and Juice (MY DIN)

 To inform the Guard on VVIP car number plate
 To Coordinate with DJ and backstage
 To brief slide navigator (PIC: Vijay)
 To ensure 360 camera has been set-up by 12.30 pm
 PBEX Mineral water with BNR logo to pass (PIC: Gaya)
 MC to arrive by 12.30 pm

Volunteers: 9.00 am (PIC : Lenny & Shantini)

 Ensure the volunteer has arrived on time!

 Ensure all stations are clean and tidy!
 Meet Lenny and Shantini before departing!
 Remind volunteers to tag sponsor and main event organizer on social media.

Food: 11.30 am (PIC : Gaya)

 PIC Lenny:
o Tuna to arrive at Kraf by 9.00 am. Once food in pass to Aravind). This is Model food.
o Brownies to arrive at Kraf by 9.00 am
o Panipuri4life (Panipuri, Vege Curry puff, Ginger tea) to arrive by 11.00 am.
 PIC Gaya:
o Coconut Water: Deliver by 12.30 am
o Nasi Lemak cup: Deliver by 10.00 am
o Muffin cup: Deliver by 10.00 am
o Gloria Jeans: Deliver by 11.00 am
o Nasi Mamak: To arrive by 10.30 am.
Note: Once Nasi Mamak, JUICE, and Mineral water is passed to Aravind). This food is
for Crew,Designer and MUA’s food.

 To ensure table setup is completed by 11.00 pm.

 To ensure all crew member, Model and Designer has eaten/food allocation is done.
 Check food stations at all times (backstage, basement and main event area to ensure place is
clean and tidy!
 Remind volunteers to tag sponsor and main event organizer on social media.
 MUA: 9.00 am (PIC : Lenny)

 Ensure MUA has arrived on time!

 To ensure all model's make up completed by 12.00 PM. Make up only NUDE concept!
 MUA is to stay in till 2.30 pm for touch-up.
 Keep place tidy at all times!

Model: 9.00 am (PIC : Ash)

 Ensure Model has arrived on time!

 To ensure the model is ready by 12.30 PM for 360 camera.
 To Bring:
o Nude Bra & Nipple tap
o Nude panties for females / Boxers for males
o Nude heels & Black Heels (appropriate heel size – check with the designer)
 Food will be provided at backstage at 10.30 am (PIC: Gaya & Aravind)
 Remind Model to tag sponsor and main event organizer on social media.

Designer: 10.00 am (PIC : Anis)

 Ensure Designer has arrived on time!

 Ensure designer complete the first look in 2 hours (10.00 – 12pm) (PIC: Ash)
 Assign volunteers to support designers as runner / pin jobs etc
 Food will be provided (PIC: Gaya & Aravind)
