The ability to make an announcement is as important as the ability to


listen for it. One must know the appropriate condition whether to shout,
announce, declare, or to be silent, quiet, and listen.
Definition:

A text can be classified in the announcement

It usually in a public place that is easily seen

about an event or activity.

more likely going to happen. Therefore, most announcement are
written in Future Tense, either in active or passive form.
