Class wise Grammar concept

Standard 1

● · Teach grammar concepts without mentioning parts of speech


● . Naming words, Action words, Descriptive words, Use of this, that, these, those.
● Punctuations - capital letter full stop, question mark. Make children aware of it.
● Grammar in Use from Engaging English. Children are introduced to the concepts
following the text lesson.
● This, That, These, Those

Examples used should be Simple sentences. Grammar concepts will be evaluated


through Fill in the blanks and Identifying by underlining/circling of the concept.
