AMBF (Setback)= TLA - Yard Areas
AMBF (PSOmax)= VII.1/VIII.1 = PSO x TLA
AMBF (Open Space)= See LOT types

Percentage of Site Occupancy (PSO)

PSO= AMBF/TLA x 100

Allowable Maximum Volume of the Building (AMVB)

Initial AMVB = AMBF x BHL in Meters
Final AMVB = Initial AMVB – Volume Above the angular plane.
Total Open Space Within Lot (TOSL)
TOSL = TLA – PSO or TLA – AMBF
TOSL = ISA + USA

Minimum Unpaved Surface Area (USA)

USA = Table VIII.1
USA = Front yard areas
Maximum Impervious Surface Area (ISA)
ISA = Table VIII.1
ISA = TOSL – USA
ISA = rear and side yard areas
Maximum Allowable Construction Area (MACA)
MACA (%) = PSO (%) + ISA (%)
