Hi everyone , my name is Tien. My full name is Tran Anh Tien. I am 19 years old..

I living and studying now in Ha Noi capital. I am Freshman of Dai Nam university.
Today I want to share you some of my daily activities.
Every morning, I get up at 7 am. After washing my face and brushing my teeth
and have breakfast. During the time before class, I usually read and watch the news
on facebook. My classes usually start at 7:30 am and end at 11:30am .After that,
my family and I had lunch and watching Tv with my family.
In the afternoon, sometimes I usually read books or go out go coffee with my
friends or play soccer with Me Son club at 5pm. After that, I started go to the gym
at home about 30 minutes.
In the evening, I take a shower at 6 pm. And help mother cooking. In meal, we
talking how was the day and tell stories of my parent and watch the 7 o’clock news
with my family. At 7:30 PM I start studying and doing my homework. At the end
of a day, I usually read book about 30 minutes or play game with my friend or
watch movies and go to bed at 11:30pm. Thank you so much for listening.
