General Instruction:
• Required: Make a presentation to propose the best solution for our client.
Client request: Based on Orix Bank's management strategy and sustainability goal by 2026, what
will be Orix Bank's growth strategies to seize opportunities and overcome challenges, in order to
achieve net income of 30 billion yen and increase ROA to 1% in the new domestic market, while
having an international perspective?
• You are required to submit (1) Video file, (2) PPT slides, (3) Word executive summary, (4) Word
group profile, and (5) Word submission form.
• Use the attached rubric as your guideline. Your project will be assessed using this rubric.
• Details are below.

Video file:

PPT slides:
• All same contents in both English and Japanese
• Either “two PPTs (make a sperate file for each language; one English PPT and one Japanese PPT)”
or “one bilingual PPT” is fine.
• The first page must contain the names of group members in the order of oral presentation.
• At the end, you should have a list of your references. You may insert appendices to show tables,
figures, or supporting evidences (i.e. extra slides that are not used for oral presentation but are
helpful to understand your proposal.)

• All submissions are for class use only. Please do NOT share them publicly. We should protect the
