aPriori Expert Services ensures you get maximum value out of your deployment by providing you with a dedicated aPriori
expert who works directly with your team to help you achieve your specific cost management objectives.

aPriori Expert Services is a flexible program that can address a variety of activities to help you reach your target cost
and cost reduction goals. The expert services hours are run on a monthly cadence, and your expert services consultant
will work with you at the beginning of each month to plan and prioritize activities for the month ahead that fit within the
allotted hours. The activities the expert services includes, but is not limited to, are user mentoring in the form of live
training or documentation and videos, part costing services, building custom reports, VPE upgrade support, process
configuration, metrics tracking support, workflow training, and deploying new product features.

Your consultant will meet with you to plan activities for the coming month that fit within your monthly allotment of hours.
During the month, your consultant will work on these activities as well as respond to any ad hoc requests. At the end of
the month, you will receive a report outlining the services completed during the month. Any hours not consumed will not
carry over into the following month, with the exception of the first 2 months where hours are allowed to carry over.
