 All images and fonts must be embedded in 300dpi PDF file.
 File must follow our size specification
 File must include crop marks, bleed to 3mm all round and in CMYK colour format.
 Other digital format will not be accepted. We will not be responsible for the result of resizing or reformatting your file which do
not comply with our spec and without any printed sample.

Note: 6% of Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applicable to all prices quoted.

Cancellation Clause
If an advertisement is cancelled after 23 March 2018, the following penalty rates apply:
 Cover Position: 50% of advertisement cost
 Inside Pages: 20% of advertisement cost

Deadline
 A digital PDF file saved at 300dpi path optimised setting must be sent to the Organiser no later than 23 March 2018.
 The above prices are nett. Any agency commission will NOT to be paid by the Organiser. Cost of advertisement will be billed
directly to Exhibitors.

FULL PAYMENT BE MADE TO DSA EXHIBITION & CONFERENCE SDN BHD WITH SUBMISSION OF ADVERTISING MATERIALS,
OTHERWISE PRINTING WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED.
