Age: I’m 15 years old.
Family: I have one brother and two sisters.

Birthday: My birthday in on November 4th.
Occupation: I am a student. I study at CECYTES Chiapas, Plantel 20. San Cristobal de las Casas,
Chiapas. México.
Hobbies: My hobbies are painting and designing. I also like to dance when I’m free.
Interest: I’m interested in modern art.
Likes: I like to play Volleyball, I don’t like play football.

Activity: Introduce Yourself.
Objectives: To give Ss practice in revising the structures, functions and vocabulary presented in
this lesson by introducing yourself through writing. To give Ss practice in writing a paragraph
about themselves.

Remember that you have to use this questionnaire in order to develop your ideas, not to
answer all the questions and send it. You will have to create your document and hand-in to
your tacher printed. Remember to organize your ideas by using commas, full stop and capital
letter at the beginning of a sentence.
Do not hand- in at hand writing sheet. You have to deliver it in a printed sheet.

Before you hand- in your task you have to verify if your document doesn't have
spanish words. That is why do not use translators, otherwise your task will be
rejected.
